The challenge

What we were asked to solve

Wellbeing of Women, a women's health charity, came to Cyberlogical for paid advertising expertise and support to launch its Menopause Workplace Pledge, a campaign encouraging employers to take positive action so that women going through the menopause are supported at work. The campaign had two very different audiences to reach. It needed to give employees a voice, encouraging them to share their experiences of managing menopause symptoms at work, while persuading employers to sign up to the pledge and commit to supporting menopausal women in the workplace.

Our approach

Understand, engage, convert

  1. Step 01

    Understand

Wellbeing of Women, a women’s health charity, approached Cyberlogical for paid advertising expertise and support. The launch of their Menopause Workplace Pledge was the first of many campaigns we have helped them with. The campaign was aimed at encouraging employers to take positive action to ensure that women going through the menopause are supported at work. Wellbeing of Women wanted to target both employers and employees. Enabling employees to share their experience of managing menopause symptoms at work and encouraging employers to sign up to the pledge to support menopausal women in the workplace

  2. Step 02

    Engage

We identified Facebook as the ideal platform to target employees and LinkedIn as the best platform to reach the right people in the right organisations. We delivered a series of simple but effective ads across Facebook which focused on first hand experiences

  3. Step 03

    Convert

The award-winning menopause workplace pledge was and still is a very successful campaign for Wellbeing of Women. The initial paid ads campaign contributed significant to the over 1000 employers who signed up in the first 6 months (over 2500 now) Reaching Employees The initial campaign on Facebook reached 1.9 million with 3.9k interactions, 1.6k likes and 2.3k shares. Not to mention thousands of additional website visits Reaching employers The LinkedIn campaign was extremely effective at reaching precise target audiences. Our most recent iteration of the campaign saw over 700 sign up conversions.
