FAQs

Questions we get asked

How long does a digital strategy take?

Most strategies take between four and eight weeks, depending on how many people we need to speak to and how much data there is to review. We’ll agree a timeline with you at the start, with clear check-ins along the way so there are no surprises.

What size of organisation do you work with?

We work with charities, membership bodies, public sector teams and businesses, from small teams of a few people to large national organisations. We scale the work to fit, so a smaller organisation gets a focused plan rather than a cut-down version of a big one.

Will you help us deliver the strategy too?

If you’d like us to, yes. Many clients ask us to deliver parts of the roadmap, such as SEO, paid ads or social media. Others deliver it in-house. Either way, the plan is written so your team can act on it.

Do you need access to our analytics?

It helps a lot. Read-only access to tools like GA4, Search Console and your ad or social accounts lets us base recommendations on what’s really happening. If your tracking isn’t set up properly, we’ll flag it and include fixing it in the plan.

How is this different from a marketing plan?

A marketing plan usually covers campaigns and activity for the year ahead. A digital strategy steps back further: it looks at your goals, your audiences and every digital channel, then decides where to focus and what to stop. Your marketing plan can then sit underneath it.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the scope: how many audiences and channels are involved, how many people we need to speak to, and how much data there is to review. Get in touch and tell us what you’re trying to achieve, and we’ll come back with a clear, fixed quote.
